Commodity Inventory Monetisaiton

Marco purchases and takes title to inventory under a tailored Sale and Repurchase Agreement. Frequently this form of true sale’ inventory liquidity provides off-balance sheet benefits. Inventories may be stored in third-party warehouse, or on secure customer sites under bailment. Marco’s monetisation structures offer operational convenience with immediate access to inventory, if required. These structures are designed to provide faster working capital velocity through in-warehouse purchases.

Off-taker Commodity Sale Contracts

Marco becomes the ‘off-taker of record’ for sale contracts providing term contract
 purchases to commodity producers under competitive terms.

Integrated Trade Hedging
